Meet Our Founder

Our founder Dr. Shafaat Hussain has completed Ph.D. in English. He has done his Post-Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English (PGCTE) at The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad. He is a new Kashmir Indian contemporary writer and a poet. He is working as a guest lecturer at University of Kashmir. His, project was selected as one of the 100 top projects among submitted projects from 45 countries by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Islamic Republic (Iran). Dr. Hussain typically possesses a strong educational background, with expertise and experience in various academic disciplines. He has a wealth of knowledge in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and educational strategies that promote holistic growth and development. He is a visionary leader who is passionate about education and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students. Dr. Hussain is committed to creating an institution that nurtures student’s unique strengths, talents, and interests. He believes in the importance of providing a well-rounded education that encompasses not only academic subjects but also character development, ethical values, and social-emotional skills. He recognizes the importance of fostering a growth mindset and instilling a lifelong love for learning in students. He demonstrates strong leadership abilities and possess the skills to assemble a dedicated team of educators who share their vision, values, and commitment to excellence. He works closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create a collaborative and supportive educational community. He is driven by a passion for education, a desire to make a positive impact, and a commitment to empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.

I am Aarifat Zehra and I am working at International English academy as a Coordinator, I manage administrative tasks related to academics, such as, admissions, scheduling classe timings, organizing exams, maintaining academic records, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies.

The addition of a psychologist reflects our commitment to the holistic development and well-being of our students and staff. The role of the psychologist in our academy is multifaceted and crucial in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Dr. Sajad Hussain Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology currently serving as a Clinical Psychologist (Tele-MANAS), National Health Mission, UT Ladakh is available at IEA to provide support to students and staff members who may be facing challenges related to their emotional or mental well-being. This includes counselling sessions, group discussions, and workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness.
